You are probably here because you have already started a blog or you are about to start one. If you are wondering how to start a blog, then learn how to start a blog for free here. After you have finished with this, know about the best ad networks for new bloggers.
Though blogging might be your hardcore passion, you would naturally expect some kind of monetary returns for your efforts.
For newbies like us, it is hard to get Google Adsense Approval without having great amount of traffic to our blog. It just gets harder if you are from India or China.
But, did you know there are many other monetization options if you are new and are unable to get Google Adsense Approval?
I have tried over half a dozen Ad Networks so you won’t have to. In this post, I am going to tell you about the best Ad Networks for earning some money out of your new blog.
1). Propeller Ads
PropellerAds has an easy to sign-up registration page. This Ad Network accepts almost every blog irrespective of the number of views. It also has a way around for showing ads to those users who have an Adblock activated. The best thing about PropellerAds is that it starts letting you create ads as soon as you finish the sign-up process. You can expect an email accepting your application to their network within a couple of days.
The PropellerAds WordPress plugin makes using it more simple. It does not give you the best monetary returns, but it can be a starter for getting you some cash inflows.
The thing I liked about PropellerAds is the options of various types of ads. It probably has the most number of options for your growth.
The only downside to this Ad Network is that it can make your blog or website look spammy. Under Mobile Advertising, both the options of “Interstitial” and “Dialog Ads” show ads like “You need to update your software” or “Your phone has virus”. This gives a feeling to your readers that something is not right with your blog or website.
This kinda breaks the connect with your readers.
The highest earning option according to PropellerAds is the Popunder option. This option works for both the mobiles and desktops. Under this option, the user is redirected to another page. This might earn you some money in the short-term, but will decrease your Page Views and increase your Bounce Rate in the long-term as your user might end up closing the tab rather than pressing the back button.
PropellerAds does not have a sign-up based Referral Program.Under their Referral Program, you will earn 5% life-time commissions on the earnings of those who use your referral. Basically, you grow when they grow.

Chitika is one of the few Ad Networks that can work alongside Adsense, so you won’t have to choose one among both of them. Chitika also accepts almost all applications and does not consider the number of pageviews you get to join it. The activation time for Chitika is less than a day.
The different thing about Chitika is that the advertisers directly bid for space on your blog/website, whereas in other networks, the Ad Network company decides the same thing. For making its use even easier, you can use the Chitika WordPress Plugin.
The type of advertisement options in Chitika are limited to banner and rectangular ads of various sizes and shapes.
Unlike PropellerAds, ads by Chitika are not at all spammy. They feel absolutely genuine.
Now, let me tell you the best thing about Chitika. And it is the Optimize option in the Chitika Dashboard.
What it basically does is that it tells you why you have not been able to earn more through Chitika. It gives you to tips to improve your blog or a website to get more views and thereby earn more through its monetization methods.
The not-so-very good thing about Chitika is its referral program. It is a big disappointment in otherwise a great package. Referral can be done only via banners and not by sharing links. The referral policy indicates you will earn 10% from the earnings of the publishers you refer for 10 months.
Infolinks is considered as one of the most consistent performing Ad Networks and a great option to those new bloggers who are not accepted by Google Adsense. It accepts all the new bloggers within 48 hours after you fill the registration form. Like all other great Ad Networks, there is an official Infolinks Plugin as well. You can Infolinks alongside Google Adsense as well.
In terms of ads, it has some of the most unique options that you won’t get with any other Ad Network.
It is very easy to use Infolinks as you won’t have to insert any type of code anywhere on your blog or website. It has a very strict policy regarding spam-views. This means you can’t just click on ads many times and earn more money.
Though Infolinks is a great option to make decent amount of money but what I didn’t like about it is that not all its types of ads integrate with your blog or website. For example, the Inframe Ads that are supposed to be in the right and left corners of the display take up the main screen space(which the readers cannot hide or cancel) and to be honest, as a reader it is very annoying. You have to compromise your UI to earn. This might make you some money in the short-run, but it could prove fatal for your blog in the time to come.
In the referral policy of Infolinks, you can earn 10% of your referee’s revenues for the first 12 months.
1). AdsOptimal: This one was the best for new bloggers. It used to give you an additional 15$ signup bonus for a premium domain and 10$ for non-premium domain. The sad thing is, this company has gone off the market.
2). Media.Net: I had applied a few months back in this network, but my application was rejected.
