It has millions of themes for free to give a great look to your blog. It has more options than Blogger. If you are familiar with coding, you can use HTML and PHP to create your own posts. Before moving on to a full-fledged website, you should try your content on this one.

Limitations of WordPress.com:

• No options of plugins like wordpress.org .
• You cannot have any earnings until you buy a custom domain.
